Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
During new product launches, limited drops, or busy seasons, processing may take an extra day or two. If that happens, we'll keep you updated along the way.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Free Shipping
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable requirements or order minimums will be clearly outlined within the promotion.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipment, reach out to us with your order number.
We'll work with the carrier to investigate and help find the best solution.

While we'll always do our best to assist, Sunday Swing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Products marked as Pre-Order or Limited Drop will include estimated shipping dates on the product page.
Production timelines can occasionally change, but we'll always keep you informed if there are any significant updates.
